Hotel information is only given to those who have registered, and the registration process this year includes a mechanism for making a deposit on the registration fee.
Fees:
The registration is $75 for men, $25 for women and includes the hospitality
room, munchies and a few pleasant surprises. The deposit is $25 and is non-refundable.
You'll also have to make your hotel reservation AFTER you register for e-fest. Hotel rooms are about $100 per night for the two nights. 25 rooms have been set aside for us, so don't delay - if you wait until the fall, you may be disappointed!
How to register:
Drop a note to Linda-Marie at florida@efest.org
and include: A first name you will be known by on your nametag
Your city and state (or province)
Any other information you feel like sharing - many of us know each other by
now and use real names, others may be a little shy and wish to stay fairly private
about their identities.
Linda will then send you the address for your deposit, and how the check should
be made out. Your deposit check or money order will be treated in strict confidence,
and if it is not possible for you to provide a check or money order, write to
Linda to determine if any other means such as Western Union are possible.
Once your deposit is made, you will be given the hotel information so you can make your reservations. Please keep the hotel information confidential.
Nametags will display only a first name in large type, and below that in smaller type you'll see any online handle such as "thundershorts" or "Dr. Spa" and below that your city and state. If you're in a small town feel free to use the closest major city.
There is no list circulated to attendees so you should be sure to exchange email addresses with folks you would like to stay in touch with.
