Default Double Balloon Nozzles

So, I have been seeing the double balloon nozzles in the ads for quite some time and have some questions:
1. Can you attach a longer colon tube to them?
2. Do they really hold in the fluids (as opposed to a butt plug?)
3. Are they really worth it? It is a lot of money. the average cost I have seen is about $170

1. Not typically. The end is a bit large in diameter for one to attach.

2. Yes. I've been using one for about a decade and they're great for fluid retention. The inside tube inflates to prevent leakage. The outside balloon keeps tension on the inside one to seal it off at your rectum.

3. Yes. I'm on my second one and I wouldn't have it any other way.

medicaltoys.com is one place that has a pretty good selection and they're great to work with (no commercial interest with them). Also klystra has them.

When inflated fully they will never leak. However, if you are inexperienced with it you may feel totally full inside even though it isn't inflated fully. When a submissive starts to complain about being too full its always a good idea to give it a few extra pumps to keep it from leaking (its for her own good).

Worth every penny if anal inflation, domination and submission is your thing. Its basically the cadiallac of enema nozzles in that regard.
