SUMMERFEST 2005
Hi folks, it's time for another E-Fest, SummerFest 2005! We'll be just outside
of Philly PA the weekend of August 19. The Fest will be at a suburban hotel
Friday and Saturday nites, August 19 and 20. Group rate for the hotel is $109/nite.
Men are asked to donate $40, women are asked to donate $20. Donations would
cover the cost of the party room and party snacks, etc.
If you'd like to attend, send me an email to philly@efest.org.
I will then email an application you can fill out and snail mail along with
your donation. Upon receipt i will email hotel info.
This should be a smaller, simpler event. I've only blocked 20 rooms. So get
your applications in soon. Hope to see you there. .........Jeff
FAQ's about Efest:
"Do i have to stay at the hotel in order to attend the event?" Nope,
if you're local and you want to commute back and forth that's perfectly fine.
"Can i get a refund if i don't make it?" Nope, i can't do refunds
on the donations. I will give guys a credit of $20 (one half) towards the next
Philly E-Fest.
"Can i donate less if i'm coming for just one nite?" Nope, costs are
about the same if you come for one hour or the whole weekend. Plus it's too
difficult keeping track of attendance.
"Can i pay at the door?" Nope, you have to be registered in order
to attend. The only way you can register is fill out an application and mail
it to me, along with your donation :).
